Our large packages are priced at $5.00/lb, based on the dress weight of the carcass. These freezer packs are customized according to your specifications, regarding cuts and packaging.

WHOLE BEEF
A family deal for BIG freezers. This includes all the cuts, including steaks, roasts, lean ground beef, and ribs. This can provide your family with a year’s worth of beef.

SIDE OF BEEF
Just what it says – half the carcass, with all the cuts. Enough for a small family to last a year.
